The Core-Tex Sit base cover is the same cover included in our second generation Core-Tex Sit.  It is easily attached to the bottom of your first generation Core-Tex using the existing holes in the base and the included screws that ship with your cover. 

Adding the cover will allow you to use your first generation Core-Tex Sit in softer surfaces.  The cover will protect the stopper from contacting the cushioning of the sitting surface and allow for normal use.  

A Phillips head screwdriver is the only tool needed.
